7x7 is not made to replace mental health services such as therapy or counseling, or to treat any mental health disorders. This program is designed to make you more self-aware of your thoughts and actions and give you more strength and confidence to honor your self-authority.
7x7 is a self-discovery journey (containing education, integration, and accountability) which helps you experience life with new perspectives, new skills, and a newfound sense of strength, connection, and confidence.
Do I need to be located in the U.S.?
No. You can be located anywhere. You simply need access to WiFi and Zoom.
How much is the program?
Based on your needs and level of coaching support, we offer each woman a customized package. We accept all major credit cards and will work with you on a payment plan if necessary.
This is *not* a self-guided online journey. You are supported, mentored, and held accountable throughout your 6-months of transformation.
Peace of mind guarantee: The 7x7 framework is proven to produce transformative results. If you do the exercises and show up for all sessions and are not 100% satisfied after 30-days, you will receive your money back.

”If you’re ready for some self-reflection, some self-honesty, some healing, and doing it along with an intimate group of women, do it here. Lauren creates a safe place for you to dive deep into your own heart and soul. She gives you the freedom to show up, fall down, fail, and show up again. There are no mistakes - it is truly an experiment. Take advantage of it!!” — Ayshen M.
"Truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Something to help you physically and mentally get to a better place and deepen a connection with yourself." -Alyssa G.
“This was a wonderful way to connect with women who are undergoing similar life-altering and sometimes painful experiences. It gave me a sense of inner calm as the weeks went by, and gave me strength to own my decisions in life moving forward, and find deeper connections in daily living.” -Erin W.
“The experiment taught me a lot about myself, and made me face up to things I struggle with and areas where I let myself down. Going through the experience with other ambitious women helped bring perspectives that I would never have received otherwise and invaluable support. This came at a time when I felt stuck and helped transition me into a time of growth and renewal.” -Sarah G.
“7x7 helped me put life back in perspective. My goal when starting the experiment was to find more balance in my life, particularly between work and family. While I fell short some weeks on my personal goals, knowing I had other women to share my experiences with each week helped hold me accountable. In this time of uncertainty and chaos in our world, 7x7 was a grounding experience and a way for me to connect with other women. We're all in this together.” -Sarah T.
“When is the last time you did something special for yourself? Joining 7x7 was the first time in a long time that I acknowledged my need for space, attention, and self-care. During these 7 weeks, not every waking moment was about me, but many more moments were and that made a difference. Evaluating areas of my life where I have abundance and those where I am depleted helped me consider new ways to create balance and harmony thus diminishing the underlying sense that something was missing. That something was me.” -Monique W.
“The value for me was having that outlet during Covid to just open up and express how I’ve been feeling. I was bottling everything up and just trying to get through this that it was making things worse. Once I just let myself speak and open up and feel I was able to really let loose. This has been such an odd time in everyone’s lives and the outlet of the other women going through similar feelings helped knowing I wasn’t alone.” -Kristen
